As this page continues to grows, I will be adding in products that I love or don’t love. Opinions on some products will also come from some of my most trusted mom friends!

I personally used both the Boppi and My Brest Friend. There were times that I preferred one over the other. When I was first getting the hang of nursing, I definitely liked the My Brest Friend. I feel like it gave my daughter and myself much more of a structured support. I also liked that it has a buckle. But I still use my Boppi even almost 3 years into our nursing journey! I use it to support my back now and my daughter sometimes uses it as a pillow. 

This can be a tricky topic and it is something you should definitely discuss with your medical provider. What works for some, doesn't necessarily work for others. 

• Bestseller Bundle by Legendairy Milk The best seller bundle includes Liquid Gold, Pump Princess, and Milkapalooza. I rotated through these whenever I felt as though I was having issues with my supply. Unfortunately, my menstrual cycle returned very early, despite exclusively breastfeeding. It came back around 3 months postpartum and I was devastated because it caused a huge drop in my supply. I remember frantically messaging my lactation consultant, my daughter's pediatrician, and even my OBGYN. I was able to do some research on various products and I landed on the Legendairy products. Something that was important to me is that they did NOT contain fenugreek. Fenugreek can quite literally make OR break your supply. You will either see great results or it can cause massive drops to your supply. I was not willing to risk it having a negative effect on my supply. And that is why I went with products that were completely free of fenugreek.
